Yes!! Isn't that exciting? Crazy how much better LGA has gotten with all the recent improvements—It was even recognized as being one of the top US airports in the 2023 Airport Service Quality survey (after previously being the worst)
oh my god what a gift. I love a sky deck! I will say it's annoying that at least the JFK one seems to close for the winter. Let me choose to sit out there in the cold if I want to!!
I should also say that the new Delta terminal at EWR is also really nice. I flew out of there in August of last year and it was so different that me and my travel partner actually thought we were driven to the wrong airport.
Apparently the LGA one is supposed to be open year-round, hopefully that ends up being the case!
I've only flown out of EWR once in my seven years living in New York and it was out of the United terminal for work. I hear a lot of great things but it's just suuuuuch a hike from where I'm at in Brooklyn 🫠
oh yea it was a hike (I am also in BK) but my boyfriend is in Hoboken so we left from there so it was easy. I happen to go to destinations that have more routes available out of EWR which is doubly annoying. But at least now it's nice there.
United shares the terminal with Delta so it's also nice.
There's a sky deck opening at the Delta lounge at LGA?! LGA becoming my preferred airport more and more every day.

That espresso machine might be the most beautiful piece of machinery I've ever seen!!
Right?! Didn't know I could love an inanimate object so much...
